What a gorgeous summer we have had here in Little Valley. A very wet spring brought some crazy tall grasses, which were beautiful when green. But now it’s all dry and a perfect kindling for a grass fire, so we have had goats eating it down. They are the cutest little things. The grandkids have loved watching them.

There have been several groups hiking and camping, and we have greatly appreciated them asking permission. Thank you all for sharing in our love of the mountains, and for taking great care of them.
