Little Valley, where the seven homes now exist, used to be quite a rugged, rustic piece of land.

Back in the 1800s, the homestead at Little Valley was owned by the Jonathan and Annie Wilcox family.

The Wilcox family continues to come enjoy their family history, at reunions in Little Valley.
